This policy explains our return, refund, replacement, and shipping procedures for all orders placed through 4dxcomputers.com or in-store.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
You have a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened, used, or physically damaged items.
Software, digital licenses, or downloadable products.
Custom-built or configured PCs (unless defective).
Clearance or promotional sale items.
Items not purchased directly from 4DX Computers.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@4dxcomputers.com or +971 56 687 0116.
We will assess the issue and, if verified, offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement with a new unit (subject to availability)
Repair under manufacturer warranty
Full or partial refund if replacement is not possible

Please retain the original packaging and invoice for inspection.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake by 4DX Computers (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or higher value (subject to stock).
If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and meet the same return eligibility conditions.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@4dxcomputers.com.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you may request a return after receiving the item (if eligible).

6. Warranty Claims

Most products come with a manufacturer warranty, covering hardware defects only.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or software-related issues.
Customers must provide a valid invoice and product serial number to claim warranty service.
Warranty repairs are handled according to manufacturer or distributor terms.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regions within the United Arab Emirates using trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days within major UAE cities.
Remote Areas: 3–7 business days depending on courier routes.
Custom-built PCs or bulk orders: 3–10 business days depending on configuration and availability.

We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped, along with tracking details where available.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free delivery may apply to selected orders or promotions (as indicated on the website).
Additional delivery fees may apply for large, heavy, or fragile items.

4. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that:

Your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct.
Someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

4DX Computers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
International shipping options will be announced in the future.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
